Time to Celebrate:
Every year March 21st is distinguished as World Forestry Day
Forests are the foundations of life which contributes towards environmental, economical & social aspects of life cycle. Due to increase of forests exploitation and global warming, the world is getting down towards the vulnerable situations. The forests help our planet to regulate temperature and provide us with oxygen to intake by absorbing pollution in the form of Carbons.
The concept of celebrating the day every year as World Forestry Day originated at the 23rd General Assembly of the European Confederation of Agriculture in 1971.
The day is an opportunity for every human in the planet to involve themselves actively in prevention and creation of new forests.
