Uthralikavu Pooram is the annual celebration at Sree Ruthira Mahakaalikavu Temple in Thrissur district of Kerala. The temple is dedicated to Goddess Kali and the festival is the most famous event in the region which continues for eight consecutive days.

The main attraction of the festival is the processions of twenty one elephants in the traditional manner. The Uthralikavu is celebrated as a Pooram day,the most famous and reputed event conduct every year. Pooram is kind of ritual which is performed with the elephant procession where all the elephants are twenty one in numbers and all decorated with traditional masks, shields, colorful parasols. Apart from elephant procession other events are also performed by various communities. During the entire event of Uthralikavu Pooram, the musical themes on Panchavadyam keep the momentum live with thousands of people in this spectacular show.
