The Nagaur fair of Rajasthan is the second largest cattle fair in the state which is popularly known for its cattle trading where camels, horses and bullocks are the major attractions for trading. The fair is held generally with local glimpses in the Magh month of Hindu Calendar.

The most awaited Nagaur cattle fair is continues for eight days in the famous venue of Nagaur city, which is best known for its traditional Rajputs ethnicity. People mostly villagers from far flung areas of the state and from other parts of the country also take participation with their best attired and decorated cattles. To make them attractive, the animals are adorned with various accessories in an extravagant manner. The other fair attractions like fun activities, markets are also organized on a grand level in which biggest Mirchi market of the country are the main attraction. Activities like camel races, bullock races and cockfights, entertainment options like jugglers, puppeteers, storytellers, and campfire evenings are the other attractions and excitement among the spectators especially for the foreign tourists.
