The Beneshwar is basically a Shiva Temple which is located in a small delta formed by river Som and Mahi near the Nawa Tapra village. The location is in the Udaipur to Dungarpur route and holds the tribal fair from shukla ekadashi to shukla purnima date in the month of Magh.
